Dutch designer, Eelke Jan Bles, established Solid Floor in 1994, when he opened a showroom in Amsterdam. Spotting an untapped demand in Britain for top quality bespoke natural flooring Eelke came to London and set up the first British Solid Floor showroom in 1996. Since then Solid Floor has expanded steadily and now has three showrooms in London - Fulham, Marylebone and Notting Hill.

Just like our products, each and every showroom has a unique design and offers an experience in itself. The numerous floor surfaces make up part of the interesting décor and a great introduction to our product range.
