Mahogany makes a very durable and hard-wearing luxurious engineered floor. Here the normally red-brown timber has been given a contemporary treatment with a reactive stain, giving its grain a mid-grey tone, contrasting with the muddy brown background. A truly head-turning floor if ever there was one.
