Blain Southern chose a wide plank oak floor in our pale Landmark Wakehurst for their Mayfair gallery in a clean select grade and brushed finish. Together with the white walls, it evokes a sense of calm perfect to make the art do the talking. Note the shadow gap which neatly articulates the junction between wall and floor, creating the impression the wall floats over the floor and eliminates the need for skirting boards.
